Kugoo S1 Battery Cells Replacement

The stock battery cells are not good quality. After 358km it wasn't doing not even half of the range that it should do. It was suddenly dying, therefore it needed a new battery pack. The battery packs you find on the market are quite expensive and they most probably don't have good battery cells in them. We changed them with Panasonic bigger battery cells, probably through the best on the market with half the price you would pay for a battery pack. Now instead of 6A, it has 9A. Better battery's and better range.
Disclaimer:
This is not an easy process! Lots of things can go wrong like damaging the new screen, the little flex cables, loosing screws, not remembering where everything goes, damaging the connectors, etc.
Without the proper tools required it is very possible for things to go wrong.
Take notes and pictures if attempt this repair.

how to connect a kill switch or alarm to kugoo S1 ? are there any with ready made connectors ?

The Kugoo S1’s 350W motor at 36V draws 9-10A. The NCR18650B is rated for a max discharge rate of ~4.8A. When you finally put it back together, did you experience any issues? Especially when riding at max speed?

There is also a NCR18650PF, that has a max discharge of 10A.

I just checked for the price of the Panasonic NCR18650b and it is about 10 euros per piece, and for this project you need 30 pieces. With this figures, It seems to be not not cost - effective. Where am I wrong?
