The love of a dog is like no other, as you say, its unconditional love.... I couldn't imagine life without him.

Yes, he is always happy, full of joy and life is fun for him. Even though he is formidable as a guard dog, he is a big sook when it comes to cuddles. He is great with children and other dogs, just not with unannounced visitors. I guess that makes him a really good guard dog.

I have a whole movie ready to make of our dog holiday, its just finding the time that stops me. He is such a lovely dog.

@@fionajoymusic I shall look forward to that. When, cycling, I meet someone with a dog I always say 'dogs have right of way.' They are, after all, GOD spelt backwards.

Thanks Mark, I wrote it for an album called The Lightness of Dark, its also on Heavenly Voices. Its quite a long piece and there are solo versions and also with violin. Pleased you liked it. Its called Ghosts, Insanity, Angels.

I understand that re the cats - mine walk all over it and I do have a few scratches, but I use every day and go back and forth to it so I figure I can get it touched up when it goes in for its 10 yearly overhaul. I have to pack it up and send it to Tumut. I made a video about it and it was simply amazing to see it taken out and then returned all perfect. Where I live we get mould, and it needs to professionally cleaned, some strings changed over and the pedals adjusted etc, plus any dings or scratches. It goes back to the piano maker. He said I had to put in an airconditioner to maintain temperature and stop any mould otherwise it would need to go back very 5 years. It gets expensive on a musician's income but I love the piano.

@@fionajoymusic I'm not a professional musician, I just work at a funeral home, but yes, maintaining a piano is expensive. Mine is a Chickering and Sons. It was built in their original pianoworks factory in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1910. It's a better piano than I deserve to play.

And.... its super hard to find a good violinist (violin is hard). I tried to learn it when I was a kid and after a year of lessons I still sounded dreadful so stopped trying.

@@fionajoymusic Well, since I'm not that good a pianist, I wouldn't need a good violinist or cellist 🤣 There are no albums or concerts in my future. I just play at home for my own enjoyment. ❤
