Trio Homes is a Perth based Builder ( 2019) Inglewood. Rosehill country club closed in 2015-it is a new housing development under the name 'Rosehill Waters' sale centre. South gilford River front looks wonderful. Keep up the steps even in the Perth ☀️. Great Video you two 👍

I hate it when poms come in my country and then starting commenting about the place like they know what they are talking about! sickens me. There is a lot more people than 671 people living there its the fastest growing suburb in Perth and its Been around Since 2018. Bushmead is not south-east its east. South east is Armidale.
@margost4013 күн бұрын
Maybe you wanted to write Armadale
@vloggersonthelooseКүн бұрын
Just so you know - I'm not a Pom. And in the video I did say there were more people than 671 - I also stated that this number is what the census had said. Armidale is in NSW so I'm wondering where you are based even though you're trying to imply you live in Perth.

blocks too small house too close imho
@vloggersonthelooseКүн бұрын
Unfortunately that's what's happening with all the newer suburbs - greedy land developers. Considering how much land we have in Perth it is totally disgusting that they are forcing people onto such small blocks.

It would be hard to keep the zombies out as there is a lot of bush they could hide & attack you from. You would need somewhere that you could protect easily.

The area has improved alot in 20 years but try and stay North of Oats street because that end of the suburb is still rough( closer to industrial area). The further North you go to Lathlain ( Archer St.), the better the suburb gets.

The eggspurts have grossly underestimated Perth property prices in previous few years. My property that i purchased three years ago is in a south eastern Perth suburb and increased 39% in just the last twelve months. I expect to see an increase of 20% for 2025.

Certainly brings back some great memories, especially the Entertainment Centre. I saw my first ever concert there, Electric Light Orchestra, on the 17th February 1978. I was only 7 at the time! Went in by myself and mum and dad watched a movie (there was a small cinema called Academy Cinema there also). they were waiting outside for me at the end of the concert. Since then, we also saw The Doobie Brothers and Foreigner as a duo concert, in 1995, which was brilliant. Few years later, saw John Farnham which was a fantastic concert also.
