I feel led to share some things that i think would be very helpful for hpu health wise 1. 1000-2000mg of vitamin C daily to help support your adrenals. 2. An Adrenal cocktail made with - Cream of Tartar, Celtic Sea Salt and Fresh Orange Juice as a way to boost your pottasium levels 3 times a week 3. Nettle leaf tea daily 4. Moringa - 1tsp -1 tbsp daily with water or with meals 5. Nutritional yeast for B vitamins especially B1 and other nutrients. 6. Sardines -2-3 times a week I really felt led to share this you today. 7. Beef liver once a week. I would be praying for your full recovery in Jesus name. Remain blessed
