I’m so glad you enjoyed the flow💛 Regarding your question, when it comes to wearing underwear with yoga pants, comfort is definitely key for me. I usually opt for seamless or thong styles to avoid any visible lines - though that’s just my personal preference. As for brands, some of my favourites are Lululemon, Sloggi, Skims, and Calvin Klein. I find that they offer great comfort and stay put during all kinds of movements. 🤸‍♀️I also have plenty of more affordable options that aren’t from specific brands but work just as well! In terms of colors, go with something you like! I usually stick to nude or light shades if my yoga pants are light-colored and darker shades for darker pants.
