pretty cool. I didn't like the press forward areas though, it doesn't really have anything to do with tas. And the motorstop blocks that wasn't even used because the tas jumps over them? eh. 6/10.

The main reason why the TAS was made to jump over them was for the appearance of perfect driving, to be able to skip engine off blocks because it's often more satisfying to skip them rather than to drive on them. And with the press forward stuff, it was mainly used to extend the track a little bit more when ideas were running low to add a little bit of cool stuff.

It's just for Analog Sensitivity, Dead zone, and Rumble sensitivity.

I've messed around with Reshade some, I bet you could make this game look almost TM2-ish with the settings adjusted properly

Change the Reflection exponent and fade distance to make the reflections less agressive. If you're forced to have the reflections on everything, which you do with reshade, then you have to make it subtle. Every surface irl becomes more reflective the shallower the view angle to it becomes, so try and reflect that with the ssr. Also change the filter and the surface settings to make the reflection more diffuse and less perfect.
