@AlaskaSportsCards The crazy thing is I saw a video where they opened 6 and got 3 or 4 wembys, an auto and some other mid variations and they were disappointed. I didn't pull any of that in 3 boxes. Best pull was probably a Scoot film study. 3 more boxes coming tomorrow so we will see

No big regrets this year. I did pass on an awesome Kobe Bryant 6-piece game used vertical jersey booklet because I just didn’t know how I would display it. With stuff like that, I’d like to get it slabbed, but the slab would’ve been enormous lol.

I would like to go to the National, but being from CA not sure the travel cost is worth it. I'm not sure I want to spend $1500-$2500 in just expenses, you can really get some cool cards for that amount of money. For now, I'll stick with the Burbank show that's down the street from me (3 miles), but I would like to attend the National one day.

Show was small. Felt like a regional show. Overpriced cards on the few good stuff. Felt like dealers just brought cards they want to get rid of. Corporate booths felt small crowed and compact. Compared to national trade shows like shot/asd/magic/ces this was a disappointment. Not to mention trade night was in a basement with low ceilings/poor lighting and a bunch of things in the way like a stage/Banners/vendors

1989 Upper Deck was the first premium card I remember. Local guy was selling them at the outrageous price of $1 a pack. Times have changed.
