I used cheap black garbage bags and mine has held up fine. The duct tape is what takes the wear and tear. Even if the bags rip the duct tape will keep the pebbles inside. And if you get a hole just wrap it with more duct tape

Do not strap your feet to the machine at all and there will be no pain. Now you will be rowing like you are in a rowboat. You do not get knee pain in a rowboat.

This video is a gem! I was curious if one has a possible partial tear in the supraspinatus would these exercises still apply. The first 3 create a pretty good stretch which is what orthopedic specialists will tell you that you don't want. As prehab these are gold IMO. Thanks for sharing!
