In this video we are showing you a quick and easy tip on how to get into a better Overhead position in your snatch!
If you find yourself internally rotating your shoulders in the Overhead position the easiest way to que yourself is by showing your armpits!
By doing this you are engaging your lats and placing the pressure of the weight on your lats rather then your shoulders.
