What motor do you use? How do you connect the rudder? I’d like to make one!

I used 1400kv BLDC motor. For Rudder, I used servo which are inside of the plane connected by wire (steel/copper). I will also make another video, hopefully, a test flight and electronics.

You've got some of the cleanest rPET prints I've seen on KZbin. Nice project. PET is rather heavy (dense) for this at 1.38 g/cm³, a lot more than other printable materials, but it's also way tougher especially the layer bond strength.

I used to change the filament while printing infill that hid any imperfections. You can make 38 feet of filament from 2.25 liters and 30 feet from 1.5 liters bottle, and 95 % prints can be easily printed in this range.

It had an incident where filament came in between two gears
@vmunt-diy70
@vmunt-diy70 Ай бұрын
@@M.SKhan123 Oh, I see, Muhammad, but this situation takes me second thought: 1st (this thought visits me earlier): as I see, the gear is damaged exactly by layers. Looks like this is a problem of weak melting of the layers. I think that, of course, you will solve this problem in the next, repaired, gear. And 2nd: it looks like it would be nice to print some kind of protection for the exposed gears, at least in the shape of a sparse mesh. Otherwise, it won’t be good if, instead of the filament, one of the beautiful fingers of your beloved woman gets into these gears, or the curious nose of the son of your guests, who will be admired by the beauty of your mechanisms, and wants to touch them with his own hands.
