@@kickbaddy6506 If you want to see the engine spin on an A320, you need to be in rows 1,2 or 3 :)

@@kindnessark8064 Flying is safer than getting there by any other mode of transport. It’s definitely more of a shock to the body and fear of flying is quite common; You could try distracting yourself by watching movies or sleeping. Alternatively, there’s a lot of videos online which help with fears of flying. I would also say to try and take in the beauty of flying, rather than thinking negatively, which may not be easy to overcome however will help in the long term :)

Thank you for pointing that out! The seat was indeed 3F. I must have missed that when I was re-watching the video for any inaccuracies :)

At the gate we were told that the cabin crew are late to the aircraft, and on the plane the captain said that the crew missed their first crew bus, hence the delay :)

I realised this recently, I was very slow to realise that I had put 9 and not 10 points! In my new Trip Reports I will be changing the system so there are 10 points, making it divisible by 10 and not 9....

Boeing has definitely had quality control issues, and the topic of the MAX is a tricky one if I'm honest. Some people may refuse to fly the MAX, which I completely understand. However, there is a lot of these aircraft flying daily in the world right now, and safely. I personally trust European regulators and if they think the aircraft is safe to fly, then I will fly it :)

Interesting, I never knew they also leased long-haul aircraft out. Seems like Finnair is doing well for itself by wet-leasing extra planes they don't need to their partner airlines! Thank you for the kind words :)

My flight to Paris was also cancelled and I had to fly later on in the day too. It happens sadly, but you could try and claim some compensation! :)

I completely agree! On the A319s they sound much better in comparison to the other aircraft in the family - especially on the IAE engines.
