It is in some ways a shame that nogi has taken over the attention of the competition scene, becausae this is just ruthlessly awesome fucking jiu jitsu.

Great example of two high level black belts with nothing to prove just rolling having fun. Not every roll is the final match for a championship sometimes it is just nice to chill roll and still display high level technique. Great vibe in the room good music please post more!

Fantastic rolls! Magid did a seminar in our gym some time ago. Surfight looks like such a great place. Were you able to roll with Jeff Glover as well?

This is really cool! I went to Adam's seminar in Mountain View, CA couple of weeks ago and Adam taught 7 or 8 techniques, all of which I see him apply in this roll :D

And those are the same techniques he uses to win tournaments and championships.

I dont understand, you let go of the collar grip to grab the sleeve and then after that control the belt, would he easily posture up? I keep practicing this and I get the sweep because I grab the belt first and then the sleeve but I can never get the arm lock. 🤔

Most casual BJJ players look "questionable" when up against a world-class competition black belt. Watch the videos of Marcello Garcia sparring with blackbelts from all sorts of decent clubs, and they often look like blue belts at best - don't seem to be able to do anything sensible, making mistakes.
