Bruh, you need to take SVID behaviour ooff Auto, try Typical or Trained. Auto is frying your CPU. That's why it's over heating. Too much voltage. Trust me

my 14900k was extremely unstable using stock power limits and turbo boost. enforced intel power limits, and set the turbo multiplier offset to -2, and its stable. boosting to 6ghz was too much for my system, boosting to 5.7 is flawless. stock settings for these cpus are awful. theyll have u thinking your mobo / ram / ssd is corrupt meanwhile stock settings are game breaking on the cpu. Intel really messed this one up

You should turn upside down aio radiator so then your pump will be lower than pipes from radiator. Air bubbles will be in radiator not in pump. This will provide cooler temps probably

I genuinely don't know how you have such high temps with an AIO. I have an air cooler (Bequiet dark rock pro 5) and it's running on quiet mode, it's inaudible with side panel closed during full load, and I never go past 90 degrees in Cinebench even without undervolting and with a stock limit of 400A, 253W. I think a lot of people just don't know how to install coolers properly, or apply the correct amount of thermal paste, or tighten the support brackets, cooler mounting points, etc. as they're supposed to.

I can confirm that it is possible to unscrew the fan frame without needing to open the board and repaste, etc.. You need a long thin PH00 screwdriver with a magnetized head, otherwise it is impossible to replace and fasten the screws again when you are done. Having some tweezers around may be a good idea too. I opened the backplate, which made the shroud loose, and then carefully unscrewed the four screws holding the fan frame. Be very careful when disconnecting the fans, you need to press on a latch that is on the underside of the connector. Otherwise you risk ripping the cables out. I was prepared to repaste the chip and redo the thermal pads on the whole thing, but I was happy that I only needed to replace the 2mm thermal pads on the backplate. When I put back the card and benchmarked it I realized I forgot how quiet it was supposed to be (and was when it was new).
