Alesis QS8 no sound from Key Repair

I found the Q8.1 a couple weeks ago, everything works except the earphones jack, I think it is a very nice 🎹 !!

Please, can any on tell me where the two sets of black wires get placed. I mean which one goes to the front and which one goes behind it. They are right next to each other the bass side of the keyboard.

I've got the QS8.1 with a key that has no tactile response, it's just blazing at 100% volume every time it gets touched. Might this be the same problem? Great video!

Hey man! This is amazing. Ironically I have the same problem as well. I have to ask, what did you use to clean this with ? I didn’t see/hear what you used and just want to double check before I open mine up. This helped hella regardless! Thank you!

92% alcohol and a microfiber cloth will work best Nothing special :)

No just send it back and buy a piano from ur local music store thats the best way

Hard reset might fix sound......turn off keyboard, hold the number 0 and 3 button simultaneously while powering on the keyboard.

This worked for my issue but 2 minutes later all sound cut out again and now the reset is not working to get sound back. Any ideas?

Bla bla bla when is not important but speed up when fixing the broken part WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!
