Why are houses in Japan significantly cheaper than those in Canada? What’s the reason behind this?
@skateboarding11816 сағат бұрын
North America in general views land as investment, whereas Asia views them as a necessity/place to live. The flip side is, houses/apartment prices depreciate as most would prefer to build a new house.

Why so cheap? Has someone died inside before? Some houses with criminal scenes before can truly be sold cheaper.

Assuming 50% expenses, the property is almost a 6 CAP. What sort of investors find 6 CAPs appealing?
