You have that kind of talent that people wander upon on KZbin and it’s very inspirational, likable and viewable. A lot like El Estepario Siberiano is with a drum kit, you have it with the speed bag. If you uploaded these videos often it’d be a game changer for you. I’m sure nobody would argue different.

I thought i was pretty good on the speed bag until I watch you. Wow thats awesome. I want to learn to the beat but that's a totally different level. So smooth man. Love it 👍

Our YMCA does that Parkinsons Boxing workout that was mentioned---complete with speed bag workouts that benefit the brain area as was mentioned in the video. Nice to see folks working it. They also have a seperate speed bag for us duffers that try hard as heck to look like they do in this video---to no avail, but the workout is incredible. IT helps too with my hockey skills--hand/eye/timing/reaction. All Good. Try it--get a bag put up in basement or garage.
