You want the video’s longer than they are? And the subject is ok or do you want more about the trimming itself? Thanks for reaction.

@@Jorgenfrombelgium Yea, I am used to watching 20 - 30 mins of hooves being trimmed. Sometimes farriers explain what they are doing, and sometimes you just hear them working on the hooves. It's relaxing. I would love to see detailed trimming.

Ohhh poor baby. The owner/s of the waited much too long to get hooves trimmed. If I'm not mistaken: Is the "frog" growing to the left, instead of straight down as it is supposed to?

Omg, what a nightmare of a hoof to trim. Hit it with a blow torch for a few seconds. Somehow, for some reason (science! (lol) it softens the hoof wall, sole and bars, making it much easier to trim.

i dont understand how a farrier would work on that hoof and not do it properly. there's so many flares. I wished he worked on it properly or even better.

Wild horses keep moving on dirt and stone. That usually keeps their feet trimmed down very well.

This is the most crude farriery process I have ever seen. He should really get a good education. He leaves his horses walking on proud, untrimmed frogs and uses heat producing power tools where a rasp is just too much effort... and I have never before seen this forced rope situation... if you knew nothing better i guess it might look fine. But it is the worst I have ever seen and involved methods which are just beyond belief.

Well the owner shouldn't have been doing it without any know how anyways. For cows hoofs you dont need licenses or anything anyone can just legally pick up a cows hoof and trim or hack as they please which is wrong. But for horses you legally must have licenses and certifications and training classes are the only way to get those. So if that owner was really that clueless he was probably totally untrained which would be illegal for him to even pick the foot up and do anything with a knife or file. Picking is fine though
