This was very cool to listen to. Being someone who's day job is to hire people, it's refreshing to hear a business leader say they care about each individual person they hire. I love how this concept is what led to the idea of having a nickname for each employee. I feel very blessed to be one of Dan's friends. He's the real deal and is a great representation of hard work, humility, love, friendship, and authenticity. They say to hang around people who make you better; Dan is one of those people that elevates any room he's in. Love you bro!

Dan sounds too good to be true…but he is 100% genuine! I’ve never met someone so devoted to teaching and building those he works with. Everyone who wants to be successful needs a mentor like Dan in their life.

Start simple. Figure out what is the most important thing in your life. Put that in your calendar first. Then work from there.

As a new manager hired into a new organization there are a number of preexisting problems within the organization ranging from poor planning, lack of direction and jaded and disgruntled employees who distrust "management". These problems are not my fault but they are my responsibility to fix. Beyond getting my team in line I am working on getting the other managers and my boss to also shape up but the internal politics are killing this place

I hope I’m not alone in taking the time to watch myself on video. This podcast was released today, and I made sure to watch it. While self-reflection often reveals areas for improvement, what truly stood out to me was Gerritt's exceptional talent. I watch a lot of content, seeking truth and insights from experienced hosts. Yet, Gerritt's natural ability to facilitate meaningful conversations genuinely surprised me. His skill in drawing out my stories and experiences speaks volumes about his genuine love and compassion for others. I encourage everyone to connect with Gerritt in any way possible. His authenticity and dedication will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on many lives.
