@@themiscelettobros. That is true. Have you ever played on one? Do you know if the Millenium MPS-850 works well with software like EZDrummer and others?
@themiscelettobros.3 ай бұрын
Sorry, never tested the nux. The millenium will work with ezdrummer, the only problem could be the hi hat...with realistic sounds like those, it would be better to use a hi hat with cc, in order to playing smoothly the various samples of closed/half open/open hi hat.

Wow! This kit sounds great! It’s so unique. That likely has at least something to do with the characteristics of the room you are recording in. As I hear you play, I immediately thought of Simon Phillips. I feel that his kits are often tuned in a similar fashion as these. Well done, mate! I own a Noble & Cooley walnut kit that ,I too, am very happy with. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for your very nice comment! Simon Phillips is one of my favourites! You're right, my studio is very good sounding but those drums really sing (as you already know, been a N&C owner). Thanks again, cheers!

I’m all about supporting and encouraging other musicians to continue to reach higher. It’s important for you to know that you’ve made a real connection with this passion project. Drumming is awesome. I’ve recently bought a bunch of new gear for recording. Some of the items were on back order so I am waiting patiently until then. In the meantime, I am learning as much as possible about the process of recording. If you have any tips or suggestions of specific people, recording spaces, items or workflows that you think might be helpful, please don’t hesitate to share. I would love to hear any feedback you have. Regards

No daw. The module allows you to record yourself, I just inserted a usb key, pressed the record button and that was it. I then took the file from the usb key and synchronized it with the video file of the camera.

Great demo. I do miss one sound though in almost all of the electronic kit demo's. Most of the drummers will buy one because off the low- noise level whilst practicing at home. So what I would like to hear is the amount off noise you hear when you are in the room not having a headphone on your head or in the room next to the practicing room. What do my neighbors hear when I'm practicing. Maybe a tip for next demo?
@themiscelettobros.10 ай бұрын
Thanks! Having mesh heads, the kit is very quiet, but the cymbals and the rims are rubber so they are comparable to a loud rubber practice pad.

alright, is still pretty decent footprint for being a full kit... someone told me now this is not a good choice for an adult due to a limitation of how high one can get the drums set up from the frame... is this correct, that is very low down and more suited for young teens than adults when it comes to the maximum height one can set it up at? thanks for getting back @@themiscelettobros.
