All because it's in Cape Town 😂?Next to the beach?it's made for financially blind and foreign tourists only...I've seen a 20mil home that is 10x better 😢

Cape Town’s beachfront properties definitely come with a premium price tag. But, there's just something about waking up to ocean views and Table Mountain that you can’t quite put a price on! For those who are drawn to that lifestyle (and the tourists who fall in love with it), it seems the views alone can be priceless. That said, there are definitely gems in other areas that offer just as much-if not more-in terms of value and space!"

My fear as a Black South African is we are being replaced if you think 25 to 50years to come..all these Nigerians, Zimbabwean.why cant they stay in their countries and fix their counties like our grandparents did....and it makes me wonder how are our ancestors are feeling wherever they are...
