This is a good size property with potential indeed. A few questions: 1. Is it in a boomed off area (i did not see a security point when you drove out of the estate)? 2. What are the property details (property size, house size, rates & taxes, levies if applicable, etc.etc.)?

Thanks for the comment, 💡It is boomed off and secured just wanted to protect the name of the estate. 💡Land size is 1021 sqm Not sure about Levies.

It's the house and the narrator combo, a soothing blend. Anyways, the house has an atmosphere of intimacy. No unnecessarily huge spaces to fill up. It looks like every space is inhabitable and functional. Personally I'm not a fan of exposed space between ground and first floor, BUT, this house makes it look artistic and sight for sore eyes. Nice. It's quite an eclectic space, different textures and styles in harmony. Just perfect. A language indeed, I like you. (I just wouldn't pay 5 meter 🤣😂😂 with no land-space. But, we all love different things and this is a beautiful home).
