They did this with the ex space tower that relocated to frontierland morecambe. Got scrapped a few years sadly was abandoned for 15yr it had a phone mast on top

An aluminium scaffold tower can be built up to about 14mtrs depending on orientation of scaffold,I suppose with the small amount of scaffold needed to go around iceblast and being able to secure it to each other it's just the boards that may be a problem with the weather

I think they're moving Iceblast to Bowl-A-Drome area. Obviously it will need to be deconstructed from the top down, piece by piece. Scaffolding makes sense.

I,ve ridden the one the same as this on top of the Stratosphere Las Vegas,brilliant ride.

Iceblast has been took apart to be refurbished,but the rest of it is going to be moved into the dome and have the roof cut to allow the gondola to shoot out,this will happen close season using the equipment that will be bought in to demolish the grand prix,obviously the ground beneath the dome will have to be cut out to allow a concrete slab with steels to be laid to allow the ride to be within health and safety,a giro swing which has been purchased will be put in iceblasts place,as for the river caves it will all be refurbished and returned to use with maybe a few extra things inside,but shhhhhh don't tell anyone I told you👍

I noticed they don't have any of the ice blast models in the shop anymore or at least online where I checked. I really hope River Caves reopens eventually, because I'd be so sad to lose my favourite ride :[.

I wish they would go back to free entry and pay per ride. I remember going there in the late 80s when I was a wee lass and it was brilliant. I was too short for most of the rides back then but there was loads of other things to do for young kids. In the late 90s I remember going back with my friends, the park was open til late, and there’s something magical about going on the Pepsi Max at night. I’m just so sad to see the park going the way it has. What a shame. 😢

Definitely should get an Intamin face down drop tower like Falcon's Fury.

Have Pleasure Beach just left a hint to the new ride to replace Grand Prix with the Ferrari Sticker on the Fork Lift, which appear to be quite new...? Interesting Lewis Hamilton will also be driving for Ferrari so it would work well.

I used to live in the old staff housing and if i heard iceblast launching in the morning i needed to get my arse into gear and get to work as it was one of the last rides to test in my era.

I couldn't help noticing the Ferrari forklift 😂😂

It should have been fixed months ago, an attraction like that should NEVER BE sitting idle / Out Of Action as long. Very Very bad management is that, You'd never have seen a sight like that in the past, NOT A CHANCE!

Ice Blast isnt that old compared to the other rides in the park . I don't think a Gyro Swing would fit into the space where Ice Blast is located, i would rather they kept Ice Blast, The Gyro swing will be huge so i think it will be located on where Grand prix was .

The fact that Valhalla is closed on the hottest day of the year, and a lost trainer is in the Ice Blast ride area, says everything about the state of this park.

Seems someone dont know how to run a park. All maintenance, changes of attraction should de done in winter, when the park is closed. Closed attractions will give the impression of poor management, exept for that an attraction occationally is closed due to technical issues. After seeng this video this is a park that i will never bother to visit.

Hey i think this park is brill now ice blast isa stood there the dogam has gone but infusion is an old coster and the big one are old costers fhey should be took down this park had it days i would like to have all infusion seats in ny bed room and i will cleen them and take care of them steve

They have to clear areas before they can redevelop them, my guess is that a large area at the frunt of the park will be redeveloped. The electricity for the bumper cars might be connected to the cables for the Grand Prix.
