Why is it that people so much attack on this guy. Not liking someone is fine, but that doesn’t mean they are wrong. They make fun of him because he is in debt and believe he "thinks he is wealthy". When most don't even know that there are systemic mechanisms that once someone is in debt he can make profits out that state when investing the money they are borrowing. You wouldn't be able to make those profit if you were not in debt. There are also bank mechanisms that benefit you from being in debt. If you don't understand him, then do your research on the stuff he is saying. People these days are not poor, they are just stupid. They think they see the big picture, once they see a small puzzle piece. How is it that you don't yet realize that rich people get rich because they take advantage of the system? They are trying to tell you how but you are so biased with your own ideas you don't want to listen. Yeah, make fun of him, let's see where you will be in 15 years in relation to him... By the way the interviewer was making completely stupid questions...

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.

A robust strategy is crucial for any investor's portfolio. When it comes to making high-stakes decisions, the greater the risk, the greater the potential reward, and it's wise to seek guidance from seasoned professionals.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

Robert is the type of a person who thinks what he knows is all. One of the biggest reasons that he is not convincing is because he sounds like one correct side of an idea is everything and the other side is stupid or trash while they can be reasonable on both sides. If one way is stupid the other way is the answer, people would all do the way of the answer. The financial system is not simply built like that. There are always pros and cons. If one side seems good in terms of taxes, there are reasons behind that. He does not explain all those and just says one fact and stop listening. It is correct that enterprenuer can avoid taxes for having debt as they can get tax benefits. But this does not make getting a job, saving money, and paying taxes stupid. Doing what he says on debt carries a huge risk and you cannot have debt unless you prove your financial ability. Also he is missing lots of disadvantages of that idea like the interest on debt, etc. Whenever someone tries to point out the logic or question about the logic, he gets so angry and aggressive. Man threatens the interviewer. He seems whatever he knows is all and this mindset makes him look very illogical. He also doesnt give details. Always bypassing the reasons. If you do what is taught in school (getting a job, work hard, save money, pay taxes etc), you will become poorer and poorer. The reason you do this is because you dont understand how money is created, money is debt. It does not explain anything at all lol. He is full of flaws. Why you would save money when they are printing money. Because you are told to do? NO, this is not the reason. Money is being printed, yes, but they dont print money endlessly. This would screw up the money value. Although the value of money decreases over time, saving money makes sense for living. You would invest to be more profitable or to start a business. You need money to do anything. Of course this kind of saving and investing requires tax payment. What he says is just one way of avoiding taxes. This is followed by a big risk in life. He skips all that and just argue aggressively until ppl say he is right.

If you look at roberts backround, he is a military vet, so that is kind of like saying he is prone to violence. Just think about it, if you were made to kill communists in vietnam as part of the american military for years, how would you feel being interviewed in a formerly communist country 🤔🤨😃 maybe he was brutalized in military school

If you lack market knowledge, your best bet is to seek advice or support from a consultant or investing coach. Contacting a consultant may sound simple, but it's how I've managed to stay afloat in the market and increase my portfolio to roughly 60% early this year. It is, in my opinion, the best way to get started in the industry right now.

@stevefromny9214 күн бұрын
You give the IRS permission to garnish money from your time at a job by filling out a W2 form. You can’t work a job without filling one out. The rich buy assets where they put no effort physically to gain cash flow using loans and credit cards, not with physical cash

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

Kiyosaki was a bit harsh to the interviewer . But the interviewer there are two rules you never do: 1) never say I know I know and don't assume you know what the guest will say And 2) don't interrupt the guest until he or she makes his or her point. Lol

Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Investment results might vary from investor to investor, even with the best strategy and suitable assets. Acknowledging experience's crucial role in investment success is essential. I realized this importance for myself and consulted a market analyst, which helped me build my account to around a million. Having carefully withdrew my profits before to the market downturn, I'm now taking advantage of buying possibilities once more.
