What happens if you don't shutdown your PC properly

Nothing much, but there is a strong possibility that it won't actually power up the next time. The are a lot of file being written at any given moment on the disk drive, so if you're not patient enough to shutdown your PC properly you might lose them and cause some damage to the hard-drive.

Hi! I have a laptop which freezes completely from time to time. I can not do anything but shut it down from the power button. Can I keep on doing this for a longtime? Thanks

Yeah i keep doing this whenever my screen freezes for a long time or restarting/shutdown/updating takes a long time

Uh... but if Microsoft not give me option quick turn off pc after new update come? In past I can choose: turn off without updating.

Shutdown options in past be like: Log off Restart Restart and update Shut down Shut down and update Shutdown options in Windows 10: Log off Restart with update Shut down with update
