Claim a warranty return from Sony for the faulty PS5. They will take your return and send a replacement. There is a repair guy who makes KZbin content, bought a known failty PS5 on fleabay, saw it was a new unit (less than a year old), contacted Sony, explained he bought it as faulty and Sony arranged a return and a new unit was sent. Try your luck with the faulty one since its probably within the warranty period.

My cousin had a modded Xbox that had tons of games installed to it and that was the reason why I switched from PS1 to Xbox and you can imagine my disappointment when i bought the crystal xbox as a kid that it didn't have any games in it lol and only when PS4 was released I switched back to Playstation
