I SENT A PHOTO TO MY TOOL REP AN HE BROUGHT ME A NEW PAIR ALONG WITH A BILL SAYING THEY DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY. I CALLED DENTFIX AND AFTER 2 DAYS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK, I SPOKE WITH BRIAN WHO I SENT PICS TO WHO THEN CALLS ME BACK TO TELL ME THE TOOL IS MADE FOR PLASTIC RIVETS NOT CLIPS AND THEY CAN NOT TELL FROM THE PHOTO HOW THEY GOT BROKE. I WILL NOT BUY ANY DENTFIX PRODUCTS FROM NOW ON!

I owned a Motor Guard stud welder for about 15 years, then I bought a Shark II five years ago and never welded another stud, lol. One day I will buy Aluspot. Don’t really need the case but wanted to share, shark II has been an amazing addition to my garage.

I have the first stud welder your popz made and i been using it since i was 18 and I'm still using it till this day i love the fact that its so easy and constant it's in a case with the matching puller and i have the attachments for the tips to install trim molding studs... As well original in their box.. i can send a pic but i don't know how .. i used it yesterday and i was just showing my friend what it does and blew his mind... I would love the new spot welder that eliminates the use of studs... Just to upgrade... But I'll never get rid of my good ol' worthy... Thanks for the continued production of your dad's awesome invention , i also would like to invent some tools for this industry myself.... By the way I'm 26 now and I'm doing this with a passion... Awsome to see the history of this, coming straight from the ones who made it happen ...

I own this exact tram Guage and paid top dollar for it. I regret buying it every time I use it for one reason. The telescoping arms will not lock in place. The first one that slides out will but the remaining ones that slide out will not lock in place. For that reason I recommend anyone looking at buying one don't waste your money.

If polyurethane doesn't melt. Then why not just use a good glue? Can we just use JB weld?
