I'm having issues with my Uncle from Jacksonville where he doesn't want me to do my vacation trip to Southern California is because he is worried about something happening and he thinks I won't take proper care of the RV plus it my Dad's RV. When I invited the Volusia County Sheriff's Office over about my vacation trip to Southern California. The reason for my vacation trip to Southern California is I have a friend in Los Angeles, I want to visit Santa Monica Pier and visit the Los Angeles County Museum and either go the Mall or the Zoo. I've gotten into 3 physical fights with my uncle from Jacksonville FL where he's punched me across the face 4 times in the last 7 years. One for my vacation trip to California & my 18th birthday (August 2024), the second for my 16th birthday party because I was sick and not feeling well (June 2022) and the third one over My Uncle's parents selling their property in Maccleny FL (August 2019). This Situation is bad enough where my uncle sold their parents property in Maccleny, FL. After my Dad's Aunt and Uncle passed away in early 2018 when I was the age of 11. Me, My mom, Grandmother, My Aunt and their neighbor down the street told my uncle not to sell the property but he didn't listen to anyone because he wanted to move to a more urban area closer to Downtown Jacksonville Florida. My Uncle yells & Screams at me. My Uncle don't understand anything because he does want he wants when he wants. That's where I started acting out of control & I didn't want to talk to almost anyone. I may not be able to do my vacation trip to Southern California is all because of My Uncle in Jacksonville. My uncle calls me & tells me to (shut up, Your a Piece of $h!t, Stupid, Loser, Gay-A$$ Boy"). I did very nice things for the Volusia County Sheriff's Office and everyone for my school when me and my mom tried to arrange plans for my 18th birthday party. My Uncle in Jacksonville I think called the Volusia County Sheriff's Office and spoke to one of my friends (Deputy Eric Hinkson and Deputy Caleb Jones) and they blocked me and they don't want to talk to me because my Uncle I think told them "Stay away from Joshua, he's a Piece of $h!t and he causes too much trouble". Unfortunately, the judges don’t go hard on these morons. They let them off with time served and a small fine and the sovcits take it to mean they beat the case and they are emboldened to continue and to spread misinformation. Give them the high end of a misdemeanor (1 year and/or $5000 fine) and they’ll start to rethink their citizen status.
