What this video is missing is which form of magnesium, when to take it, with what foods and the quality of the magnesium that you purchase.

This video is excellent and explains very well the properties and benefits of the nuts family. Let me tell you my own story about walnuts.... 23 years ago i started to eat 6 cracked walnuts every day ( 6 times a week) at lunch finishing with an apple too .... At the time my cholesterol level was high and my blood pressure too. My GP Doctor, who was also a nutrizionist specialist suggested then to add wallnuts on my daily diet........ here I am now a 78 ...... never been hospitalized so far ( keep the finger crossed)....... all blood test result levels are ok (cholesterol and .glycemia too)... To eat walnuts every days is a very good and healthy habit, than if you want you can add and drink 2/3 espresso coffees ( high in antioxidants and booster of physical activity) )in the morning from 8 to noon...... and in the afternoon an herbal tea (infusion) of Ginger (strong ally of the stomach and digestion) and Turmeric (great purifying action with extraordinary antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties).. As I woke up in the morning I drink 2 glasses of spring water while the stomach i still empty. to clean the kidneys from the toxins ..A healthy way to start the day too .. I have no problem with my memory (wallnuts are considered a superfood for the Alzheimer's desease or senile dementia...).......At the week end 2 glasses of red wine (high on polyophenols), ....... with lunch or meal......(never drink wine with empty stomach....)

To be honest i will never forgive myself what i did, but i had 2 pigeons under my care they were sick. The vet did such a bad job changing 4 different antibiotics in extremely short time. Then one day while they were still on antibiotics i read about clove oil and put a little in their water to help them kill bacteria, parasites ect but they died in agony *something i will never forgive myself* 😢😢😢😢 both died few hours after they drank the water

It's really tough dealing with situations like that, especially when you were trying to help. You did what you thought was best at the time, and it's important to remember that intentions to help come from a good place. Learn from the experience, and don't be too hard on yourself.

Make sure you buy organic with "the mother" in it. It's the settlement on the bottom of the bottle, it's important to have the mother in it.

Appreciated the information -- but hate the constant "Subscribe" graphic that kept coming up at the bottom of the video. Stopped watching because it was distracting. Won't watch this youtuber.

Good info, but the fact that you feel the need to "define" ACB over and over again is annoying af
@Healthy-Forever100
@Healthy-Forever100 9 күн бұрын
I understand it might feel repetitive. Some viewers might not be familiar with ACB, so defining it helps them follow along. Thanks for watching! 😊

@@Healthy-Forever100 missed the point. Defining once is fine. But when you do it over and over again... That's treating the viewer like we're stupid.

Stopped watching this video because of the annoying, consistent like and subscribe banner. To 'like' something is to have a natural, positive affinity to that something. It is not a fucking verb.
