I drove the same route in december 1976 same rain only colder on a motorcycle. My brother drove 20 minutes and i drove 8 hours. He liked the chase vehicle.

You should not have set up camp until at least it was dark. Then set up camp with no light. You're able to do this because you know your gear. And you simply paid attention to the area around you before dark. You're just asking to be caught and I'm ending this video

The area was used as a hazardous waste dumping ground all through the 1980s its a superfund site...it has a ditch full of highly toxic chemicals on the property..and the stream bed is super contaminated from Leeching chemicals dumped on the site...as it was only used to make glasses (which also contaminated the land) after it became a toxic dumping ground. Its listed on the epa website.
