Most of the thing is clear now. A question: since we pass callback functions inside the setTimeout and Promise. So when these function goes from web Api to task queue and microtask queue respectively then to call stack. how or who calls these callback functions?

Awesome course buddy, thanks alot! I had one doubt - In the code, if you had created a new consumer other than bill and thor, would it throw some error? Because you said one consumer can only consume from one partition. So in the example you have 2 partitions and 2 consumers, hence load balancing. What about the 3rd consumer in the user-1 consumer group?

Sir, I have a question. I am a data science student, but I also want to learn web development. Is it manageable to learn both at the same time? Your course is live, and we only have two classes a week. I also don’t have a heavy college workload since I’m pursuing an online BS program at IIT Patna, with just 3 hours of classes daily.

Hi Piyush(@piyushgargdev), Please help on this topic: I am unable to understand the use of different lifetime annotations in a struct definitions like: struct List<'a, 'b> { line: &'a str, pera: &'b str, } I thought that this allows us to use the instance of the struct beyond the lifetime of the struct but before the end of the lifetime of other. but compiler don't allow me to do it. I observe that if a instance of struct is containing n number of references then the we can use the struct till the lifetime of any one of the references ends first. beyond that, we can not use that instance of the struct irrespective of the fact that there are many more references those are still valid. when i use just one lifetime parameter for all of the references contained in the struct, the code is very simple to understand that all references would be invalid at same time and thus we can not use the instance of the struct thereafter.
