theory: if you put blood as the final track for both, it will have two different meanings. think about pride, talking about killing and death. for both paths, if you put blood as the final track, the first words are like some sort of judgement. on the salvation path, kendrick gets killed, meaning his spirit is still out there, but on the damnation path, kendrick dies due to previous actions.

This was amazing. I have a note, when Kendrick said “I know he walks the earth” on Yah I think he’s referring to Satan. In the Bible it says “the devil WALKS to and fro seeking whom he may devour”. Kendrick acknowledges he walks the earth and then says “it’s money to get bitches to hit” basically acknowledging he knows Satan exist and is devouring his soul but he chooses to ignore it. Everything else I agree with, I just think you were off on that one thing. I grew up in Baptist church and that verse is seared into my brain.

I've never listened to this album, or much of hiphop in general, but that twist with Duckworth blew my mind. This man is an absolute artist and I have so much respect for his craft after this video and I'll definitely listen to it whole
