Everyone here, It may differ to location by location because Jio AirFiber works on 5g network, not on optic cabel so it may differ to loction to location because 5G network are new so cannot come into all locations and if it came into your area it still may be low or high depending on your locations but sometimes if it is error by company , than you should complain about it. The thing it said there was "it cannot be refundable till the plan is activate but after your plan is deactivated you can refund your money"

In my case, I booked jio air fiber and they are giving dates for installation from past 3 months, when I call them for installation they say there is a shortage of technician in our area. Then I cancelled my booking. But still did not received my booking amount

Hahhah kuch bhi defamation video daal do koi bhi product ke liye I am using jio fiber since 6 months and in vadodara floods bhi maine ek bhi din chutti nahi ki As I am doing WFH …baat karte ho baarish hui aur meraa jio fiber nahi chall raha there is problem in your device not in jio fibre likwise one guy from community is bad you can’t tell whole community is scam or bad

Iska ulta 😂😂 मेरे पास भी जियो फाइबर है । इसका रेंज और नेटवर्क सब ठीक है। मजे की बात यह है कि मैंने इसे बरसात में लगवाया था । इन्सटाल के लिए अगले दिन ही आ गए । सब कुछ अच्छे से लगा दिया । अगले दिन छोटा सा प्राब्लम हुआ था तो हमने सिकायत की तो वो आये और सब ठीक करके गये । कोई पैसा भी नहीं लिया ।

Pathetic service for their refund policy. They are basically looting people’s hard earned money like this. I also faced the same issue with their Jio Fiber. After paying for 6 months in advance, was able to use only 3 months of service. Jio is a fraud.
