Hi mam at what price did you purchase this product Also the product holds charge for how many days when not in use

We bought it for 5.5K and we have used it for 5-6 times for starting car between around 2 months time.

I am planning on buying this but I would like to know how the jump starter burnt. Was it a user error? Did Ambrane offer to investigate why it burnt?

Please make sure you are attaching the correct terminals. No investigation from product company. After an email they confirmed me that they are sending me new device

@@familyonflightmode Thank you for replying promptly! It is sad to see that the company has not investigated since this is a safety issue. Nevertheless I am happy that you got a new device. I have some more doubts. Can you please clarify them for me? 1. How many times will you be able to jump start the car in one full charge of the jump starter? Is it 2 or 3 times? 2. How many times did you use your old jump starter before the issue happened? 3. How many times have you used your new jump starter so far? 4. Have there been any issues with the new jump starter?

1. Yes, It can easily start car more than 2-3 times. 2. We had used previous one around 7-8 times but it was user issue, I think it will work long time if terminals not mismatched. 3. We have used new one 5-6 times. 4. No issue with any of new or older one.

How long does it take to charge? I used it as a power bank for the my phone..and it got completely discharged.. its been more thwn 4 hours now and charging has not moved from point 1.. its still blinking red

Thanks for your comment, we also observed that it is having very low charging speed. We are using it as car jump starter only, it started the car around 5-6 times and then we charged it for overnight so not sure how much exact time it takes to get fully charged. This time we will notice the time and keep you posted.

jump starter lena hi hai to thodi achhi quality and capacity ki lo, 5k tak to aise hi cheap quality ke products milenge, achhe quality ke branded jump starter me bahut sare protection circuit bane hue hote hai jo isko short circuit, reverse polarity, low voltage, high voltage, over current sab se safe rakhte hai to wo jump starter aram se 2-3 saal to nikal hi jata hai agar heavy use karoge to bhi, ye wale to 12-18 month se jyada nahi chalega, usse achha to 5k me new battery laga lo car me, kam se kam company response to degi 4-5 saal tak, ye cheap quality ke products ko company to 6 month ya 1 saal me hi response dena band kr denge.
