Yesterday, I had way too many Margaritas and I have only 3 steps to the door to my home and almost fell. The house is beautiful, but I cannot imagine walking up those steps to the entrance if I had a little too much to drink. but the views are so Incredible. No! I am not an Alcoholic. Just Retired and worked hard all my Life. Time for Enjoyment. Thanks Alecia! Love the homes and condos who show. Take care and God Bless!

Beautiful home but I agree that foreigners are paying too much for these homes. It's called gringo tax. Get with the locals when you want to find the real price of homes. They have US prices in Mexico when the dollar is much higher than the peso. Gringo tax is everywhere in Mexico.
