Absolutely stunning. Did I missed the private rooftop cabana in this showing?? Would love to see and know how it looks like! Question: As I noticed and seen all over, Mexico has no dual-windows! No idea why not? It keep heat, cold or noise outside! What's the electric bill like in the summer-time to run the air conditioner? All glass, that must be pretty hefty to keep it "cooler". I don't mean refrigerator cold, but cool enough to not sweat or have the humidity when all windows/ glass-doors are closed! What are the HOA fees for this place?? Thanks Alecia

Hey there. Send me a message on WhatsApp and I can show you the cabanas. There are some properties that have double pained windows. If you use your ac on the “dry setting” it works as a dehumidifier and cools the air also. It’s a full timer hack!
