I’m sorry, but I think this process was made to be so complex on purpose. When something is complex, you can steal their money think about all the con artist. One or two solutions charge $50 per showing or company should only list homes that they have seller agreements for. me personally I would only buy a home if the company that showing the home has seller agreements. as a buyer, I am not paying any real estate agent.

Borned and raised in Los Angeles, I moved away in 2002 to Arizona. So glad I moved away, California keeps passing bad laws and it sad to see what it has become. Too many taxes and too expensive. You couldn’t pay me to move to Florida, the state hit with the most hurricanes and has many of the same issues that California is experiencing. Nope to either state.

I had the pleasure of staying on Casey Key last winter. I walked North Casey Key Rd daily and even on a windy day the water would come up over the road and sand covered the driveways. I spent a few years on the west end of the Paradise Island. Very similar to Casey Key but no roads. During a tidal surge the water and sand came up causing significant damage. Soon after I watched as they sank a large old ferry off shore to create a reef to help with the tidal waves. God Speed Casey Key…love you and want you back❤️
