You can buy in Nokomis, be in Sarasota and be 10 minutes from the beach. That’s where the value is, also lots of new construction in that price range range

I love Nokomis. I was a volunteer fire fighter at the Nokomis Fire Department and owned a house dow the street. Those were good days. Back then Nokomis was undiscovered ... it has since been discovered, yet is still a great Value.

@@TroyFunkBroker yes sir I have both here for over 45 years, bought and sold lots of homes here. Nokomis has been very good to us. But like everything else, it’s all built up now. Sarasota one of the Most desirable areas in Florida. My Relatives live in Lakewood Ranch and love the area. Florida prices have exploded in the last 5 yrs.
