How will sanctuary city Seattle keep this area safe? The last time I was in Seattle, the downtown looked like a zombie movie. Fentanyl-overdosed addicts dying all around you. Drug chaos. Its one thing to build hundreds of benches and thousands of stairs, but with whackjobs in City Hall who defund the police, it'll be hard to keep these shiny new downtown features clean and safe. How many used car lots can they buy and Tuffsheds erected to hide the blight that is Seattle? I spent most of my life there until I fled to Austin. I Mostly to save my family and business from the soon-coming Cascadia Mega Quake, but the sheer incompetence of uber-progressive policymakers sealed the deal and we escaped Seattle. If you live there or have family or friends who do, please Google: The Really Big One - the author won the Pulitzer Prize. Seattle is looking towards a natural disaster that will dwarf anything in modern human history.

It looking better i usually walk to pike place market up first street because down there was so under construction i would walk back to the water taxi that way. It ironic that seattle hates san francisco so much but at the same time they so much a like. i mean san francisco had the emarcadero freeway that covered are water front but we had an earthquake that destroyed a section of the same kind of freeway in oakland so they took all of the remaining freeway of the type away and opened up the waterfront. Then seattle had to have it own earthquake and get it's freeway damage and teared down and the area redeveloped.

Wow. It's an amazing place. I would love to rent that place in the winter time. I love looking at snow. But I'm single and I have no friends. I don't want to be alone.

In ASEAN countries, Chinatown is very busy and crowded. The Chinese are everywhere in every corner of the place. But the atmosphere in Seattle is quite different and strange. Many businesses are closed and most of the visitors are not Chinese

Wow! I moved out of Seattle in 1970 and boy what a change! Thank you for taking these walking tours and showing me the new Seattle! I’ve missed Seattle everyday since I left to get married and move to New Jersey. I’m 75 and still wish I can visit there someday. Nancy
