This is NOT a general W246 video. This is only for his spesific engine! Which I don't even know which is. The petrol engines, like mine B180 is nothing like this, not even the oilfilter lid is same color. On mine it is on the backside on the left side and it is a black lid, so it is very hard to see.

good! safety first. one thing though, u dont need that locktite for that rotor screw. last time i checked WIS, it only needs 8NM to tighten it up. with tires installed, its not going anywhere

34 years cleaning cameras and lenses. You had it right with the blower. Your mistake was using a cloth on the rear element!

I've just purchased the new version of the 99wh that comes with a color screen and aluminum case, and an extra usb-c port, apart from that not much more upgrades, it's to mainly power my A7Siii and my Ninja V monitor, do you think it's a good deal for 153 pounds? was on Black Friday discount.

Even better idea buy a electric oil vac pump. Buy merc oil in 20 ltr bulk pack from merc commercial £90. Plus 3 merc oil filters. £45. No removing undertray. Vac pump sucks hot oil out fast via dipstick. Removes the full 6.5 ltrs. Not one drop spilled I drain mine into 25 ltr drum. Take to council recycle depot. 3 oil services. For £135. 2.1 b200 sport Ps keep reciepts for oil n filts Shows. Proof of service using merc parts. Important. Change all oil seals on filter housing. As if seals get bad oil can drain from filter housing into sump overnite. Meaning every cold start oil system has delay filling filter. Infact i think this is the possible route cause of the start of the dreaded timing chain rattle. On om651 2.1 Take note !

Ps some people might not agree on using vac oil pump. But believe me ive measured oil amount removed several times. Exactly 6.5 ltrs. Just make sure you change oil filter before or during oil suction process. As filter housing holds some oil Which drains back to sump when filter stem removed. When vac pump stops picking up oil just push vac tube in and out Till no oil left. Level ground. Hot oil remember. I bought a car battery powered pump from ebay. They aint expensive. Currently £11.90

Yes, it will be good to use a piece of rubber, but it doesn’t make much of a difference. You’ll see a piece of metal protruding out a little bit more that’s where you place the axle stand

They can either wear shoe covers or take their shoes off

No need to take the wheels off unless you are going to check pad wear and ball joints, gaiters, etc. Use a container that holds more oil than you are draining, and put newspaper under it. Use the same funnel you used to fill the engine, to empty the old oil into an empty container. Put newspaper under that too. Cat litter is good for removing oil stains from your driveway.

1- the wheels don't have to be removed. Drive the car up ramps then you won't even need jack stands safety is 100% 2- your car only took 4 litres because you checking oil level with it jacked up in the air. Drain your oil replace your sump nut drop the car then put your oil to get true readings. 3- way to much of a mess that was 10mins x5. 4- the way you loosen your wheels nuts think about your back rather push down then pull up. Great vid to try and help others.

I looked at the smallrig batteries, but in the end I went for the andycine 95s battery as it has 2 D-tap outputs and is half the price of the smallrig 99.

What? This video didn't mention anything negative about the battery.....It's 50% larger capacity than 99wh, and thus 50% more in price and 50% longer charge time. Your negative opinion seems to be based on nothing.

Where do you get the “50% longer charge time” from? From my findings, I explain that it takes a bit longer to charge than the 99WH version, but not by 50%. I’m sure my negative opinion on this is quite clear 🤔

Thanks for watching dude, watch it over again and 3 quarters in that will give you an idea. I measured its use using a YN360III at full power and got 5 hours out of the battery :)

As the oil nut is in front of the oil pan and you tilt the car backwards your do not completely drain the oil pan leaving some old oil inside which is not optimal.
