Sweet! To answer your question regarding the heat inserts, I don’t know what metric inserts would work. Please use the inserts that I’ve linked because they should work. One thing you could possibly do, is increase your wall count and then drill up to the metric size you need? In the future I may start rocking only M3 but #6-32 will still be used for power supplies since that’s what they come with anywhere in the world.

@@Focus_Fearless Have you ever seen a KZbin thumbnail like, “Build a Dresser for $15!” And then they start ripping wood with $5000+ table saws, running them through planers, and then assemble them with biscuit joints systems etc? The math in my head, when I responded to you, included the price of a good printer, cost of electricity (drying filament+printing = days running at 500W+), tools, and then finally the filament. It adds up quick. And that’s not even taking into account gaining the CAD skills with classes/time or paying for STLs instead. You also need a PC to do CAD and process files usually. And I answered “some” because despite the costs above, some boutique PC cases can run $200+ easily, and that’s where you can maybe come up even if you keep printing and exploring!

@@axledot Thanks! With the PSU covering a large area of the front panel anyway, it would just block the vents; and with the way this particular GPU takes-in, and sheds air, it might be negligible. But that’s not to see it might benefit other cards that spit air out along the same plane as the PCB and I the front.
