I made the mistake of buying a cleva_uk drop and mow... They sent me a faulty item, it literally reversed hit my foot the forced itself over my foot and my dogs leg with blades running.. they haven't taken to test this item because it bounces off fences for like 7 minutes saying it is not faulty and refusing to replace or refund. I've had it a day before it started showing issues and 20 days before it went fully nuts and they are trying to get out of refunding.... What guarantees do you offer and has anyone had issues getting this company to stand the warranty? I don't have money to waste and can't mow the lawn myself.. they have really done a number on me and I need to find a trust worthy company

If you are in India,, i would not recommend buying it. Frootle the company who is providing services in india, is giving frustrating service. My Debot N10 has got issue with its pump 20 days ago. I am still waiting for solution. 😢 They talk politely but dont provide solution immediately. ****** Frustrated****** If you give negative but real comments they call and try to tempt you to delete the review and offers you some kit. I requested to keep the kit with you but provide good service. This is the best service i am getting, 20 days passed, mopping is not working. They dont share technician details , which can be security problem. *************†**** Overall the service is not good. ******************

Post sales service is very bad. Water taank pump is not working, its over 20 days. This issue is not fixed. Frootle india not giving a good service in india.

This is worst product I bought for long time. It is so stupid it is hard to describe. Gets stuck all the time, looses connection, the beacons sometimes disconnect, map is somewhat incorrect, edges does not cut, hard to get one day without issues. Terrible product, please avoid at any cost!

That does not seem like a good system. I need to buy beacons, have to deal with batteries running out and need to place the highly visible beacons around the lawn? It seems like a faster installation than the guide wires but essentially much worse in every other metric.

What's the song? I want to play it whenever my robot activates

It is a pity that it has the beacon system, as the mower itself has good reviews. Besides needing to buy multiple extra beacons for my garden's shape, I cannot hide them at all; they have to be in plain sight, which does not look nice.

There is only one side brush as opposed to two on other models, why is that?

The ECOVACS company is a fraud , they sent me a faulty product and now l have been chasing them for 3 months. Request number 506096 and no response. They are fraud, charge you the money and not even refund it and keep the product itself. I can share almost 20 emails and the invoice.
