Some things people may not be taking into account when comparing the One Day movie to the Netflix series: this movie came out thirteen years before the series did. So yeah, it's not going to relate to the series at all. It also took place in a different era of film. Movies and tv shows are shot differently nowadays versus back in 2011. Finally, a movie has to 'cut to the chase' more quickly than a series. The Netflix series had around seven hours to tell Emma and Dexter's story, whereas the film only has a little over an hour and a half. The movie and series are not comparable at all. They're both great in their respective categories.

I’m loving your reactions to the show. YR is legit one of the best teen dramas out there and it deserves a huge audience. Without spoilers, as someone who has seen the entire show season 2 is my least favorite, that doesn’t mean it’s bad but it’s just very angsty and messy compared to the other 2 seasons. As for Wilhelm and Eric’s age difference, Eric was a third year (so like a senior) when August was a first year (so like a freshman) and now August is the third year and Wilhelm is the first year. I want to buy an eBook reader, but I’m unsure if I should go for the color option or stick with the black-and-white one. The black-and-white model seems fine to me, but I’m hesitant about the color one because I’ve heard it can look dim, with darker colors. Everything else about it seems good, but I’m worried that the colors might affect the overall reading experience. I prefer a fully black-and-white screen with moderate contrast. What do you think? Does the color screen affect the reading experience, especially considering I’m not particularly interested in reading comics or manga

my main concern is that this device runs on android 12. what happens when this OS will be outdated? will it be possible to use the kindle and kobo apps anyways? I saw someone do a color e ink comparison, and the best unit for color reproduction was the Pocketbook Inkpad Color. The Boox go color 7 had the 2nd best color.

As an Oasis owner considering whether another device would suit me better for occasional manga, I was really interested in that section - but it has left me slightly confused! 15:16 you say Kindle on the left, Boox on the right (agreed!). Then about the linework (camera slightly towards Kindle) "you can see a little more detail in the linework" (then move to closeup of Boox) "yeah it's there", but (then move to closeup of Kindle) "if you appreciate the details of the art". But then you say the Boox shows it a little bit more... From the video it looks like there's a fuzzyness/graininess to the Boox image when you zoom in - but it might just be that the kindle is too 'smoothed' in comparison. Could you clarify this? Also, one thing that bugs me about manga on the Oasis is that zooming leaves everything looking really soft compared with doing the same thing on the Kindle App on a phone or tablet - do you find that zooming on the Kindle app on the Boox is sharper? I have the TCL Nxtpaper tablet and for comics/graphic novels it's the best imo. Without seeing the devices you have with my eyes, just going by the video it is miiiiiles better. Larger, more colourful and clearer.

Agatha was taking Rio’s power AND dying. In episode 1 Rio tells Agatha to take her power, and Agatha says, “You know that would kill me.” When Agatha decides to sacrifice herself she does so by using her succubus powers to try to drain Rio. On the Salem Seven, they were the daughters of the coven we saw Agatha kill in 1693 in Wandavision, so 57 years before Nicky is born in 1750. I thought we might see them in the flashback too, since we’re told they’ve been hunting Agatha this whole time, but I guess they were less of a powerful antagonist in this show than we thought they’d be. I thought Agatha might have been killing other witches to keep Nicky alive by supplying Rio with bodies, but Jac Schaeffer shot down that theory. I think Nicky was just sick and living on borrowed time, and Agatha is just a serial killer lol. When Agatha tells Nicky she can’t heal him, protect him, or divine when she (Death) is coming, that made me think of how those are the kinds of witches she recruited for her coven. Healer/potions witch (Jen), protection witch (Alice), divination witch (Lilia). Agatha tells Nicky she needs to kill witches to “survive,” so they don’t kill her first, but maybe if she’d joined a coven she could have found witches that would have been able to help restore Nicky’s health. Agatha was originally meant to be a miniseries, but I think there’s a good chance we might get a second season or another spinoff. Marvel is submitting it to the Emmys as a comedy, not a limited series, which has people speculating. 👀 And obviously they end the series in a way that’s hinting at more to come for Agatha and Billy.

There are so many good cosplay options! Lady Death, Agatha in the blue coat, Ghost, Wiccan. A bunch of Agatha’s actions in the first trial make sense now. She was freaking out trying to get out of the house and not drink.

I think one of the biggest hurdles with this movie is the time. There are so many rules back then compared to now. my favorite scene is the same where he puts her into the carriage and flexes his hand. Back then you were not allowed to touch a person of another gender in a different class than you without gloves on. It is meant to be scandalous for that time that he put her into the carriage without her wearing gloves.

there is only one speeker and you have to keep in mind that. Also there is no 3.5 jack and pretty hard to dealing with text size in every one app. you have to again and again adjust it. Also, in general, it hard to read pdf sized for A4 format cause it coudldn't be resized to color 7 screen size. in others ways i would like to recomend it. Also Binance couldn't be installed on boox color 7. :-) If you ever will need it))))

Jen so far is the only one who hasn’t regained control of her powers. Alice and Lilia used their powers to save the others. Jen is just trusting her knowledge so she hasn’t died yet. All roads lead to me makes me think Death is the final trial.
