Thank you very much Peggy! I think most of the time the lyrics, melody and chord structure can lead you to the right mood. But it certainly helps to play the song over and over to try and develop the mood as it progresses.

Jeff, if you hadn't told me that song was self penned I'd have thought it was written by a well known established writer/performer from the 70s. As I listened I heard all the opportunities for adding harmonies and bringing in instruments one at at time to suppliment your performance. It's a performance calling out for a collaboration. Great
