They are building a new fbo nearby called jet aviation on the southwest side of the airport, close to where he was spotting. Also his camera may also be making that drumming noise.

I’ve noticed a couple of times some of the birds you have listed as “private owner” are actually operated by a charter operator. Have you thought about searching for “FAA 135 operators” on google and downloading the spreadsheet for reference? It’s updated monthly around the beginning of the month.

I mainly take information from ff24. Before that I wrote that it is a private airline. But at the bottom of my Banner it is always written who is the owner of the plane. Thanks for the information, I just downloaded this file. I will look into it.
