Try to not stress too much about your weight. I also gained weight last week and I blame it on stress, pain, and not sticking to my calorie/macro goals. Our body fluctuates. That's how it is. Stick with the plan. Progress over Perfection! xxx

I have bought them before as they are only 2 of us and they save time and we thought they were good.I've seen them below $15 in Grocery stores especially on sale or after the holidays.You can also get different brands..

I love Temu! I have the cat litter mat (it's very helpful for keeping the sand off the floor!). I also have the long spatula (wonderful for peanut butter or mayonnaise). Their clothing is mostly polyester, but the look, feel and weave can vary. T can be hit or miss, but their free, 90 day return policy is great! The price savings is what you'd pay for a name brand item in retail.

I order from temu frequent most of the purchases im happy with but they will refund you without return for 1 item out of each order if you sre not satisfiedi may have to try one of those litter mats let me know how it works my boys track litter everywhere
