Fellow speedrunner here: I was up to 195 (5'8") in January with elevated blood pressure and decided I would make a change. Still working on it but I lost 30 lbs from walking and eating mostly salads once a day with the occasional snack, very little carbs or sweets. Feeling much more agile and it has helped (not cured) my chronic depression

If I hear "Greetings" one more time, I'm shutting the video down.
