I couldn't agree more, this is something that few people talk about, it's by fixing your roots , your mental health, realizing that I don't want to live like this all the time my attention is spent gambling, feeling depressed when I lose some money. felt embarrassed, anxious, therefore I took steps I started exercising, building strength of mind, delaying gratification, mental toughness and self-confidence, this is very important, I started changing myself for the better, to become the person I want to be

I had a heroic dose after not tripping after years. The last trip I did was so bad and full of puking I swore I would never trip again but I can attest it was do to my surroundings and taking way too much and lasted from 7-8 hours. Lately, I kept getting the feeling I needed to try this again to connect with something. The trip was 70% negative and extremely physical thinking I was having a heart attack with a feeling of panic and loss of self on the physical side, mixed with 30% percent positive vision and a feeling of well being. Towards the second part of the trip the negative physical fears subsided and the gratify visuals and thoughts took over. One thing I noticed was the distortion of time. What felt like 2 hours was actually 15-20 minutes. Even though it was considered a bad trip, I still considered it a positive growth experience seeing things that I think I needed to see, and I am happy I did it again and I will not rule it out in the distant future if I feel it is necessary although at a lower dose because I feel like my threshold may be lower than others, maybe 2-3 grams. Tidal wave was beneficial in terms of lifting depression for me about two years ago. That was also the first (real) time I really did mushrooms also. I did a little bit of liberty caps years before that which I found walking on the trail but they were not very potent.

Most I've done is 21g and everything in between. My personal input would be anything 9g or higher is what I would consider a heroic dose. My personal favorite dose right now is 4gr where I meditate for hours.

I've taken 7gs at once, 4gs with 2 hits of sid, and many other hero doses and never have had any ego death. Do I need more or better shrooms? Or a different mindset?

Hey Derek. What strain of magic mushrooms did you use? I had my first ever trip on 3/30/2024. I used the Jack Frost(3.5g) strain it was absolutely mind blowing to say the least!
