I like this version more than the original. The acoustic guitar adds a sweetness and depth to the entire melody and lyrics.

I was not lucky the love of my life is now married to someone because of Hmong culture. He was 19 she was 16 it was a double date gone wrong. He did the right thing and is still married because that’s the kind of guy he is. Maybe next life time we will get a second chance. I will always love you 329 and cherish all the memories.
