Thank you, I am 22 years old in SE fields I’m glad you over viewed because I be so nervous when taking course especially after failing a general education course twice and I can’t afford to pay for a retake right now so I am on this course now 😂 it’s sucks when you can’t afford to fail. I just want to learn enough skill to do front end design maybe do freelance until my degree. I’m really tired working 40 hours a week and help my dad pay rent and fend for myself I don’t even get a how was your day. It sucks when all you have is yourself. Hopefully WGU is my freedom to a better future

I submitted mine just now. I know the actual git part I did right, but I wasn't sure how I was supposed to submit the file.... I linked the repository... Just linked a pdf file with the screen shots for each step on the wgu task section. I saw other people saying we were supposed to use some document provided but could not find it. If they pass it for me I'll be over it but I'm a hair strand away from being so frustrated...

@user-wt9hf4df2l You have to turn it. It you look, there's protruding parts of the inner ring for the feet to fit on, and then there are concave areas so that you can turn the basket and the feet will slip out. That tricked me too, lol

Hi, that is great information! I plan to start a BS degree in Cybersecurity in August. I have credits from my community college cybersecurity courses, and I want to transfer them to WGU. Do you recommend that I study for certifications on Udemy before I enroll? If so, which certification do you recommend I start with?
@matthewgregory73043 ай бұрын
Hey! That's awesome, congrats! I wouldn't go ahead and start with the certs just yet. Unless you want to obtain them yourself and check those classes off before you even begin at WGU. BUT then you'll have to pay for them yourself. Wait and see which classes you have scheduled first and then hit the ground running. The first semester is a pretty light load.

Don’t start in July. Take courses by coding with mosh first. That way you can finish your courses in weeks. Unless you already know the stuff then go right ahead lol

@jjgg2627 I do have experience with coding. I have experience with C#, Java, HTML SQL, CSS, and React. When taking the classes is there aome kind of strategy like how when to take the OA, how many attempts to the PA before attempting the OA etc. Different learinign styles.
For sure! I'll be uploading a few more over the next month or so.

I’m curious how you are calculating your strike water volume - typically it’s around 1.25 quarts per pound of grain - if you are doing 15 pounds of grain I would think 3 gallons is the correct number but you said you’ve got about 5 gallons of water in the pot. So, are you adding additional water because of the loss due to the false bottom sitting up?

D276 was such a pain for no reason. The OA really makes you extrapolate on scenarios that you haven't been trained for at all from any of the material you are directed to. Best thing to do is max out your HTML and debugging, as most of that seems to be available and can help you get exemplary on both. Then CSS is going to be more of a struggle, but learning Combinators, Box Model, Animations, and Specificity should get you at least high on the yellow. It's entirely possible to pass on Two blues and a yellow.
