It’s a true studio layout, but there’s more than enough room to put some type of divider in there if you want to create the illusion of a separate bedroom area

If a new emigrant want to rent and he doesn't have credit history how is it possible to find a place to rent? Especially in Chicago

I think if you have bank account statements that show you have a decent amount of money might help & you’d probably have to find an individually owned landlord property. I think a corporate owned apartment building would be too difficult since they would for sure do a credit check. You could also reach out to apartment locators (their services are typically free) & they would be able to find places for you that may rent to you.

The lack of parking is the best thing about Seattle. If Seattle had abundant parking like Texas, then you would have to bulldoze half the city to make room for all the cars. It's better with less cars and less parking.

Yeah, I hate the parking situation in Chicago! Hopefully you find a good spot in LVE. I love West Loop. But if you’ve been there for awhile then it’s understandable you’d wanna try a different neighborhood!
